Is the free tier always free?
Yes. Create as many wishlists as you like — up to 3 gifts each — and host Secret Friends groups of up to 6 people, free forever. You only pay when you want to lift a limit for a specific event.
Can I upgrade an existing event?
Yes. Upgrade any wishlist or group to Plus at any time. It's a one-time payment and Plus stays permanent for that event.
How do payments work?
By bank transfer. You'll get an account number and a reference code. Transfer the amount, upload your receipt, and we verify it (usually within a day) before flipping your event to Plus.
